Training for boat owners is an issue regularly in the press. As chief instructor with an R.Y.A. power boat school based in Neyland, Pembrokeshire, I can offer a full range of both shore based and practical training. Only practical sailing courses are beyond my ability, but then I pass you over to the nice people next door! I also teach a classroom, based one day, ‘Introduction to Boat Maintenance’ course. How GRP boats are made & repaired, osmosis, corrosion in metals exposed to salty environments, correct DIY fitment of cleats and such like.
